Blackberries are now ready to be picked. We have an abundance of blackberries this year, so come on and get a couple of buckets of fresh blackberries. Don't know what to do with them? How about a smoothie. Or ice cream. Or even a chilled soup. The possibilies are endless. The cost is $3.00 per pound (U-Pick, sorry we don't have any pre-picked). We take cash or check (sorry, no debit or credit cards), and we even provide the prelined bucket for you to pick in. The hours are from 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM (or until picked out), Mon- Sat. You might even get to pick some of the last few strawberries of the season if you come before next Wed.

For any changes in field conditions and updates on field closures call the Strawberry Hotline at 912.921.5897. We can only update field closures as we know about them (field maintenance or closure for the season), not as we are picked out. It is always best to come earlier, rather than later.

Anyone is welcome to view the facilities, providing there is no event taking place in them at the time. If you prefer, an appointment can be made to view the facilities.
